2 Heirloom tomatoes, sliced
2 slices Vidalia onion, diced
6 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tablespoons of fresh Basil, chopped
Arrange tomatoes on a plate, add onions and then drizzle with oil. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with Basil.
Serve with sliced crispy Italian bread and enjoy!
