Medium Onion Sliced Thin
2 Tablespoons of Butter
1 Tablespoon Grape Seed Oil
Radicchio Sliced Thin
Salt and Pepper to Taste
In a medium sauce pot over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of butter and oil.
Add sliced onion, sauté until golden brown.
Add pancetta, cook until crispy.
Finally add sliced radicchio and cooked pasta.
Toss in Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and serve immediately.
