1 ½ cups of flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon Salt
½ cup butter (1 stick)
½ cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
36 Hershey kisses, remove foil
Preheat oven 375 degrees.
In bowl stir flour, soda and salt.
In large bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat butter and peanut butter until well blended. Beat in ½ cup sugar and brown sugar, add egg and vanilla.
Reduce speed to low and gradually beat in flour.
Shape dough into 1″ balls; roll in granulated sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet, 2″ apart.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and quickly press chocolate kiss firmly in center of cookie.
Remove from cookie sheet and cool completely on wire racks.
