4 Sweet Potatoes, scrubbed and cut into fries
2-3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 Sliced Jalapeno (optional)
½ teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to coat with oil and spices.
Spread potatoes out in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
Mix up different potato varieties like russet, sweet, purple, etc.
Chef Jacquie’s Culinary Tip:
The trick to cooking potatoes evenly: cut the fries the same size!
