Your walking food tour of Chestnut Hill starts at the Chestnut Hill Welcome Center. We will visit local markets and sample food along the way. We sit down for a casual alfresco lunch, at one of the markets.
We meet at Chestnut Hill's Welcome Center. Chef Jacquie will greet you with a made-from-scratch, melt in your mouth cinnamon bun to sample.
Sugar, Spice and Everything Nice!
We visit a local spice shop that specializes in USA sourced custom made spice blends, sauces, dips, oils and vinegars. We will pair these up with cheeses and other nibbles.
King of the Hill!
Locally sourced fruits, vegetables, flowers, meats and seafood are the specialty at these local market gems. Chef Jacquie will give tips on purchasing, storing and cooking.

Dining alfresco on International fare is a perfect way to enjoy lunch in Philadelphia's Garden District.
Life is like a box of chocolates!
Meet and greet with a local chocolatier and then choose one of her artisan truffles as a pre-dessert treat!

A decadent sundae topped with homemade chocolate and caramel sauce awaits you at this award winning Bavarian bakery, which was established in 1889.
Parking is available at each tour’s location.
Please be sure and let us know if you (or anyone in your group) has a dietary restriction (e.g. vegetarian, dairy free, food allergy, etc.) when you purchase your tickets. As long as we know in advance, we can accommodate your needs.
The tours are held rain, shine, or snow. In the event of inclement weather, we will be able to go inside many of the establishments on the tour. We also provide ponchos in case of sudden weather changes or if you do not have your own umbrella. However, we advise to check the weather conditions for your days event and dress appropriately.
Gratuities are greatly appreciated, although not mandatory. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15%-20%.
